I launched it with the Braised Stirred Fennel that I whipped up to use our beautiful produce. We had it over Jeff's grilled swordfish steaks with a side of Arugula salad. Super yummy and healthy too!

The Steering comity has put together the beginnings of our Sanibel-Captiva Food Co-Op, and the format looks great: simple and sensible.

Carol has all the details and applications forms available at Island Nutrition Center, 2330 Palm Ridge Road #9, Sanibel, FL 33957

I never thought I'd see this dragonfly, with its limited range in extreme S. Florida and parts of Texas. It turned out to be the most common dragonfly of our recent trip!
